PHP on Internet[^]
This graph shows PHP market share, on worldwide internet web sites. PHP
is found on 35,15% of web sites, slightly up from last month.
PHP version distribution[^]
This graphic displays the market share of each PHP version. The blue
graph represents
the sum of all preceding versions. PHP 4.3.10 and beyond represent now
57% of all PHP installations. When a PHP application supports PHP 4.3.9
and better, they are functionnal on 74% of all PHP installations.
PHP major version distribution[^]
This
graphic represents the PHP major version distributions : 2, 3, 4, 5 and
6. PHP 5 is gaining again this month, reaching 9,19%, but slower than
last month. For the first time in 2006, PHP 5 acceleration is stalling:
this may be due to summer slowdown for migrations. Besides PHP 4, all
other major version is negligeable.
PHP 4/5 middle version distribution[^]
This
graphic represents PHP middle version distribution for PHP 4 and 5. PHP
4.3 is the dominating version, and is again loosing another percent
against 4.4. PHP 5.1 has now a firm grip on its 3rd rank, well beyong
PHP 4.1.
PHP 4.3/4 minor version distribution[^]
This graphic represents the PHP 4.3 and 4.4 minor version distribution
PHP 4.4.2 is leading without no other rival than the new 4.4.3.
PHP 5 minor distribution[^]
This
graphic represents the PHP 5.0 and 5.1 minor version distribution
PHP 5.1.4 is now #1, gaining 2 levels from last month, and confirm its
success. All other version lost ground to PHP 5.1.4, and its only rival
seems to be the upcoming 5.2.0. PHP 5.1.4 is ranking 10th on the
overall version ranking, past behind 4.4.x and 4.3.x.
